Principal’s Message

As principal of River Oaks Charter School, I happily embrace the College for Certain motto and work to embrace the mission and vision set by Aspire to provide an equitable education to all of our students. I have been supporting families, students and staff from the Stockton community for the past three years, and my workplace is the starting point of her JOY. ROCS possess not only a great deal of expertise in teaching and leading, but also a strength for building a strong team culture, amongst students, staff and families.
