Principal’s Message

Welcome to River Oaks Charter School!

As I begin my 8th year as principal, I continue to be inspired by the incredible students, families, and staff who make up our school community. At River Oaks Charter School, we believe deeply in the power of education to shape futures and transform lives. Our passionate and dedicated educators work each day to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where all students can thrive academically, creatively, and emotionally.

We are proud to offer a wide range of programs that reflect the diverse strengths, needs, and interests of our students. From hands-on learning experiences to enriching extracurricular activities, we are committed to nurturing the whole child.

We also know that meaningful learning happens through strong partnerships between home and school. Families play a vital role in every child’s success, and we welcome your involvement in all aspects of school life—whether it’s volunteering, joining events, or participating in our parent-teacher organizations. Your engagement helps build the vibrant and supportive community that defines River Oaks.

Together, we can ensure that every student has the opportunity to grow, achieve, and shine. I look forward to another wonderful year with you all.

Warmly,
Laura Hawley
Principal
