Terms of Service for Aspire Public Schools

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Aspire Public Schools’ websites, forms, and communication services, including SMS/text messaging programs (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1) Use of Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use. Aspire Public Schools may modify or discontinue Services at any time without notice.
2) SMS/Text Messaging Program
Aspire Public Schools offers SMS/text messaging programs for families and community members who choose to opt in.
By submitting your phone number and checking the applicable consent boxes, you agree to receive text messages from Aspire Public Schools.
3) Types of SMS Communications (Use Cases)
- Non-Marketing Messages:
Individuals who opt in to non-marketing SMS may receive messages related to student enrollment, including application reminders, enrollment deadlines, required documentation, and school communication related to enrollment status. - Marketing & Promotional Messages:
Individuals who opt in to marketing SMS may receive promotional and informational messages regarding Aspire Public Schools enrollment opportunities, school events, programs, community updates, and related outreach communications.
Message frequency varies based on engagement, enrollment cycles, and school communications.
Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
4) Opt-In Consent
SMS consent is collected through website forms or enrollment forms where users must actively check a consent box before submitting their phone number.
By opting in, you confirm you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided.
5) Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message.
After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message.
To re-subscribe, you must complete the opt-in process again.

7) Message & Data Rates Disclosure
Message and data rates may apply. Aspire Public Schools does not charge for text messages; however, standard messaging and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
8) Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9) Age Restriction
SMS programs are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older or for parents/guardians providing consent on behalf of a student.
Individuals under 18 should obtain parental or guardian consent before opting in.
10) Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share personal information, including mobile opt-in data, with third parties for marketing purposes.

11) Limitation of Liability
Aspire Public Schools is not liable for damages arising from use of the Services, including communication delays or system outages.
12) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
