Principal’s Message

Welcome to Aspire Ollin University Preparatory Academy!

At Ollin, our mission is deeply rooted in our unwavering belief that education must serve justice. We are committed to anti-racism, solidarity, and liberation for our community and all globally oppressed communities. Our work is guided by the principles of equity, inclusion, and the relentless pursuit of a more just world.

Caring and authentic relationships are the foundation of academic excellence. When scholars feel seen, valued, and supported, they thrive. When they thrive, they become transformative in their own lives and beyond. At Ollin, we nurture these relationships every day, knowing they are essential to building a school where every scholar can reach their full promise.

We are also proud of our growing Arts program, which now includes Visual Arts, Photography, and Music. These creative spaces empower our students to express themselves, tell their stories, and explore the world through a critical and imaginative lens.

This year, we are taking another step in our commitment to healing and justice by launching our Garden of Hope. This garden will be a living symbol of resilience and renewal. A place where our scholars can connect with the earth, grow fresh produce, and cultivate hope in community. Through this effort, we affirm that liberation includes healing our relationship with the land and nourishing both body and spirit.

Together, we will continue to learn, lead, and build a future grounded in justice, solidarity, creativity, and collective care.

In community,
Principal Negar Mizani
