Monica Cardona

My name is Monica Cardona, and I am proud to serve as the Business Manager at Aspire APEX. This year marks my 12th year with Aspire, and I have always found joy in helping others and ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This is why I truly enjoy the work I do every day.

In my role, I support students, staff, and families by managing the front office, handling business tasks, and providing excellent customer service. I take pride in being someone others can rely on—whether it’s managing daily logistics, answering parent inquiries, or setting up for school events.

Before my time at Aspire APEX, I gained valuable experience as an office assistant at Aspire River Oaks. This position taught me the critical importance of patience, problem-solving, and kindness in every interaction. Outside of my professional responsibilities, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, my dogs, and exploring the outdoors.
