Rose Galloway

Rose began her career in education in 2002 at Aspire Summit Charter Academy. Seven years later, she became a founding member of Aspire Vanguard College Preparatory Academy in Empire. Vanguard was the fulfillment of an Aspire promise to bring a high school to the Modesto area. Then in 2018, Rose was delighted to have the opportunity to assist Vanguard as it transitioned into its permanent home in West Modesto. Her passion is to bring equitable educational opportunities that build feelings of belonging and joy in community she serves.
