Maria Garcia

Maria E Garcia is ASSA’s Instructional Aide for Gen Ed and SPED for all grades. Maria has been an Early Childhood Educator for over 20 years.  She has been a Para-educator/Instructional Aide for 7 years.  She has an education in ECE from Canada College and Skyline College. She also has lots of personal experience with her own 4 Children.  Maria is fluent in Spanish. She makes a great addition to our Support Staff.

Her main goal is to support all students academically and emotionally and anything else possible.  Her warm smile and honest approach make her easy to talk to.

Maria was born in L.A.  She spent some of her early years in Mexico.  She has been married for 32 years and has 4 amazing children.  She has lived in the Bay Area for 30 years and recently moved to Stockton.  She loves to cook and bake.  In her free time she enjoys puzzles, music, Candy Crush, reading and arts & crafts.
