Currently, the director of talent for Aspire Public Schools-Los Angeles, Katherine, helps shape inclusive hiring practices, build strong teams, and make sure every new hire feels like they’ve found their place. Whether managing job openings, launching internship programs, or presenting on hiring equity, Katherine brings heart, hustle, and strategy to her work.

Katherine holds two Master’s degrees (Nonprofit Management + Business Administration), a BA in Early Childhood Education from Xavier University of Louisiana, and a love for turning big goals into real results.
