Jesicah Rolapp

As the Foundation’s Major Gifts Officer, Jesicah focuses on building and maintaining relationships with major donors to secure philanthropic funds that support our schools, scholars, families, and communities. Jesicah’s deep understanding of equity in education, experience leading an Aspire school, and ability to articulate an inspiring “case for giving” make her exceptionally well-suited for this role.

Jesicah previously spent the last two years as Senior Managing Director at Teach for America, where she led the New Teacher Development Team. Her 15-year career in education includes time as a teacher, dean of students, assistant principal, and principal all in the Los Angeles area. 

Jesicah lives in Los Angeles with her husband and son.  When not working with donors, Jesicah enjoys getting off the beaten path.  She has traveled to 27 different countries and is ready to dust off her passport.
