Cynthia Villalobos

Cynthia Villalobos serves as the Regional Director of Talent for Aspire’s Central Valley Region. With nearly a decade of experience in staffing and recruitment, she leads a dedicated team that supports schools in hiring exceptional, mission-aligned educators and staff.  After beginning her career in the private sector, Cynthia was excited to step into her role at Aspire in 2022, fulfilling her long-held desire to work in education and make a meaningful impact. A proud Central Valley native, she is passionate about building strong, diverse teams that reflect and serve the communities that shaped her, and is driven by a commitment to educational equity and access.
