  • Timely notices of board meetings and other school committee meetings that involve parents.
  • Meetings held/interpreted in Spanish and English.
  • Opportunities to share thoughts and opinions through email and ParentSquare, the interactive parent communication platform used by the school.
  • Short summaries of issues, ideas, and decisions of school committees.
  • At least two opportunities for parents to give detailed input on the Local Control Accountability Plan.

Parents are welcome and encouraged to volunteer at our school, however, parental involvement is not a requirement for acceptance to, or continued enrollment at, the charter school.

Principal’s Message

Welcome to Aspire Gateway Academy!

I am excited about opening up our school doors to you and making this an exciting school year for our students! I invite you to join us, work with us, and grow with us as we make this school the best experience for our children.

I invite you to get involved in one of our committees: English
Language Advisory Council (ELAC) or School Site Council (SSC). Please consider volunteering in our school or from home to support our programming efforts, attending our Principal’s Conchas with Cabrera, or participating in our school wide events. We need your support and partnership in promoting a safe
school environment, engaging us as partners in education, and working to advance our mission by communicating ideas and solutions to us.

I am here to serve. Please feel free to email, call, or schedule an
appointment to meet with me to share your thoughts, feedback,
and ideas.

Yours in service, David
