Natalia Solis

Natalia Solis has been a member of the Aspire organization for 14 years. She began her career as an after-school educator at Aspire Gateway Academy. The following year, she supported as a long-term sub at both the South Gate and  South LA campuses. She then became a teacher at Aspire Slauson Academy, where she taught for 8 years in grades Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd. She continued her career at Aspire by becoming an Intervention Specialist and transitioning into her current role as a Dean of Instruction. Natalia has always valued the small school model at Aspire and the ability to grow within the organization while building meaningful relationships.
