Toby Finley

Toby Finley is a native Memphian and proud product of Memphis City Schools.   He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Memphis and a Master of Education in Instructional Leadership from Cambridge College.  Toby has 15 years of experience working in the school setting spanning in grades 3^rd through 5^th before entering into school administration as a Principal.  He joined Aspire Public Schools in September 2014 where he has served in the roles of dean of students, assistant principal of student services, school director of operations and associate regional director of operations. Toby believes that all children learn best by being in a nurturing environment and building positive relationships. He enjoys spending time cooking and being with his family. Finley’s motto to all scholars is “Always do your best.”
