Stephanie Artesi

Social-Emotional Counselor

Bio

Hello!

My name is Stephanie Artesi and I am thrilled to introduce myself as the School Counselor for Aspire Vincent Shalvey Academy.

I began working with Aspire in 2016 at Aspire Benjamin Holt Middle School after graduating with my Master’s in Counseling from Sonoma State University. Prior to earning my Master’s, I received my Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Saint Mary’s College of California. Outside of education, my interests include exploring the great outdoors, baking, playing with my rambunctious Husky pup, or learning a new skill– my current mission is learning to play the Ukulele!

As your School Counselor, my priority is to build and contribute to a community where you and your students feel safe, supported, and connected. I wholeheartedly believe that we must teach the whole child, including how to manage and understand their emotions in order to support healthy social, personal, and academic development. I am rooting for your child and know that communication and collaboration between school and home is key for their success. I appreciate your partnership in your student’s education and I am looking forward to getting to know you and your students as we begin this new journey together!

With gratitude,
Stephanie Artesi
