Pamela Shabazz

Pamela Shabazz is an experienced Business Manager entering her 10th year with Aspire Alexander Twilight College Preparatory Academy (ATCPA), where she is excited to step into the role of Lead Operations Analyst. She brings a strong background in administration, operations, and business management, with a commitment to supporting students, families, and staff through efficient systems and collaborative leadership.

Before joining Aspire, Pamela worked as an Admission Liaison in Hospice Care, supporting families through end-of-life care. These diverse experiences have taught her that whether at the beginning or the end of life, both profoundly shape others’ understanding of compassion, patience, and empathy.

She looks forward to leveraging her operational expertise, problem-solving skills, and passion for continuous improvement to support Aspire’s schools and contribute to Aspire’s mission of providing every student with the opportunity to succeed.
