Merissa Ward

Merissa is currently the Assistant Principal of Instruction for grades 3-5 at Hanley Elementary. She taught 4th and 5th grade at Hanley and was also a regional instructional coach prior to her current role. In her free time she likes to read, hang out with her husband and family, and try new restaurants.

Merissa loves what she does because she gets to help teachers and students be excellent. She gets excited when people grow and get a glimpse of how great they truly are! Merissa is looking forward to a great year at Aspire Hanley where students feel cared for and pushed to excel academically.
