Megan Martin Strickland
Executive Coach and Consultant, ReBoot AccelBio
Megan Martin Strickland is currently an executive coach and consultant at ReBoot Accel, a small, Bay Area based, mission driven company that helps women in their career journeys. Through workshops, one-on-one coaching, and creating and facilitating career content, Megan and the team at ReBoot Accel have helped thousands of women change careers, advance their careers, and/or return to the paid workforce.
Prior to joining ReBoot Accel in 2017, Megan spent 1 year at Stanford University doing fundraising and business development, and before that, Megan spent 7 years as a municipal bond research analyst covering K-12 school districts across the country– 50 to 60 each year to be exact. During that time, Megan traveled on-site to many of those districts, learned a lot about what works and doesn’t work, how demographics impact district finances, how curriculum changes and evolves, how that impacts students, teachers, administrators, school boards, and much more. Megan also evaluated many different charter school systems, though her firm ultimately chose not to invest in them. Megan is fascinated by the charter school structure and the amazing impact it can have on communities, students and families across the United States.
Megan graduated from Princeton University with a degree in History. She also currently serves on the Boys and Girls Club of the Peninsula North County Task Force and does fundraising for North School in Hillsborough.
