Kelly Muchnick

As the regional Human Resources leader for Aspire Los Angeles for nearly seven years, Kelly Muchnick, SHRM-SCP, is instrumental in cultivating effective people management, navigating complex employee relations across 11 schools, and fostering a vibrant culture of belonging. She achieves this by crafting policies that amplify the unique talents of all teammates and uphold the values of Bienestar. With the highest HR certification from the Society of Human Resources Management and a B.A. from Scripps College in Psychology and Spanish, Kelly brings a wealth of experience from impactful leadership roles in the legal, all-electric transportation, and arts education industries. Kelly is deeply committed to community service, actively working to expand her anti-racist lens and critical racial consciousness as a White ally and regional leader, thereby fully embodying Aspire’s mission.
