Katie Bradley

Development Manager

Bio

Katie serves as the Foundation’s Development Manager, owning the design and implementation of Aspire’s scholarship portfolio, donor stewardship, and data and systems management to ensure that Aspire has the funding needed to advance equitable outcomes for all scholars.

She comes to Aspire with several years of experience with nonprofits and education. Previous roles include facilitating school-based youth suicide prevention & mental health programming, and college preparation as a tutoring coordinator with The Princeton Review. Most recently, Katie worked at a boutique consulting firm in Los Angeles. In this role, she coordinated fundraising and large-scale event production for nonprofit organizations, including American Cinematheque and Holocaust Museum LA.

As the daughter of a public school teacher, Katie brings enthusiasm and conviction to the work of education equity. Katie holds a B.S. in Public Affairs with a concentration in Policy Analysis from Indiana University. She resides in Los Angeles with her husband and two cats, where she enjoys reading, Pilates, and exploring local restaurants.
