Jazmine Falcon

Hi, my name is Jazmine Falcon, and I’ve been part of the Aspire Ollin community since 2021. I started as a Campus Monitor, then moved into a part-time IT Tech role, and this year I’ll be supporting both attendance and technology on campus.

I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. I’ve always enjoyed learning new things and seeing where I can grow, which is what led me to try different roles here at Ollin.

What I enjoy most about working here is the people, both the staff and students. The environment is positive and supportive, and every day brings something different. It keeps things interesting and reminds me why I love being part of this community.

In the future, I hope to go back to school for my master’s degree. I’m still figuring out exactly which path I want to take, maybe becoming a teacher, a dean, or even a school psychologist. I’m a little indecisive because I find myself interested in so many areas, but I know I want to keep growing in education.

A fun fact about me: I’m a big anime fan (I even named my daughter after a Dragon Ball Z character!). I also love planning parties and getting creative with decorations and themes. It’s something I really enjoy outside of work.

You can always count on me in the front office for help with attendance, tech support, or anything else you need. I’m happy to support however I can!
