I attended college at Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH. During college, I gained valuable experience at an ABA preschool, with the Autism Society of North Carolina’s camp programs, and supporting adults with developmental disabilities in gaining independent living skills. After graduating with a degree in Special Education, with a focus on Moderate & Intensive needs, I moved back home to Raleigh, NC. My career includes roles as an Occupational Course of Study teacher at a high school and an Extended Content Standards teacher at a middle school, both in Raleigh, NC. Most recently, I was an Education Specialist at Monarch Academy in the Bay Area. Throughout my career, I have implemented inclusion initiatives that enhanced student experiences and fostered a more dynamic school community. I am excited to bring my experience and enthusiasm to our school and look forward to meeting everyone to support successful inclusion for all scholars!
