Constance Peinado

Constance grew up in LA and moved to Oakland in 2008. She attended UC Riverside majoring in Comparative Literature and minoring in Chinese. When she moved to Oakland, Constance attended Mills College (two separate times) to get her MA in English Literature and her MA in Secondary Education. When she’s not in front of the computer (Zooming and emailing) she likes eating, cooking, and exploring nature with her husband and new baby!  Constance started at GSP in 2014 as the 11th grade ELA teacher, began instructional coaching in the 18-19 school year while still teaching, and segued into administration as the high school Dean of Instruction for the 20-21 school year. She still teaches AP English Language which is her favorite class to teach!
