Allison Aliaga

Bio

Allison helps organizations that serve the social sector find how they can best contribute to solve society’s most pressing challenges. Her vision is to strengthen others who are working toward positive social change. 

Since 2010, Allison has worked with a range of foundations, organizations, and government agencies pursuing large-scale initiatives focused on educator growth and well-being and improving the student experience. Additionally, she has led multiple efforts to rebuild organizations’ infrastructure to maximize revenue generation. She is currently Vice President at New Teacher Center.

Allison believes in building resilience in the social sector by elevating the voices of those who are most proximate to the challenges being solved. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, a master’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Juris Doctor from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formally UC Hastings College of the Law). She lives in Long Beach, California with her two boys.
